1. Collection of personal data:
   EASI-Spare asks its users to provide it with personal information via a form for the handling and smooth running of orders. The mandatory information is as follows: surname, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Use of personal data:
   Personal data is intended for the staff of the EASI-Spare company in order to be able to process orders as well as possible.
   In the event of subscription to the EASI-Spare Newsletter distribution service, the relevant personal data may be transmitted to the staff in charge of distributing it.
3. Transfer of personal data to third parties:
   The transfer of data to third parties is carried out for the purpose of finalizing and processing and sending orders (example: La Poste, GLS etc.).
   Personal data may be transmitted to service providers for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing services. These service providers undertake to use the data only for the purposes agreed by both parties.
   Technic-Achat may share the data with third parties so that they can provide services on its behalf.

   Technic-Achat undertakes to take all measures to ensure the protection of personal data. Access is for people who need to access it. Personal data is kept for an indefinite period.
5. Right of access, opposition, rectification and deletion of data:
   The user has a right to access, query, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him.
