Cabling inverters for tire changers

Configuring the inverter IDRIVE Single/Three-phase for tire changer machines in 220V:

These variable-frequency drives (VFDs) are on sale on www.easi-spare.com

The tire changer must not be connected directly to the inverter!

As the pedal inverts the direction of rotation by inverting 2 phases, it is not ideal for the inverter. The direction of rotation needs to be inverted using the control terminal block.
Connect the motor directly to the inverter output, and use the pedal contacts to control the inverter.

Mounting procedure
The common (24V, terminal 3) must be connected on the arrival side of the pedal, where the three-phase arrived. Use the T phase for example.

Cable the 2 control wires to the terminals 4 and 5 (forward and reverse motion).
For an operating direction (terminal 4), use T2, while having removed the shunt.

For the other direction (terminal 5), use T3.

Setting the VFD:
A00 to 1: control by external terminal block.
